Non-commissioned pieces are ready to ship and will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to the carrier’s workload, which is outside our control. All orders are shipped insured and with signature confirmation. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the rug and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

At this moment, international shipping for non-commissioned pieces is not available via the website.
If you are located outside Europe, please get in touch via the contact form or email info@filoarts.com. Shipping options and costs will be calculated individually.
Commissioned Pieces
Commissioned pieces are created especially for you. Depending on availability in my schedule, I aim to start working on your piece as soon as possible. During our initial conversation, an estimated completion date will be communicated clearly.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Return
Non-commissioned pieces
If you wish to return a non-commissioned artwork, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely and in its original state. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Once received and approved, the cost of the item will be refunded in full.In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Commissioned pieces
Commissioned items are made specifically to your specifications. For this reason, orders for commissioned or custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
