Every commission begins with a conversation. What kind of atmosphere are you trying to achieve? Whether you have a specific color in mind or simply a feeling you want to evoke, sharing your vision is crucial. Perhaps you've collected photos, color palettes, or cherished memories that you wish to convert into a custom tufted wall hanging. This information is enough to initiate the creative process.

Creating a larger piece can take up to a hundred hours or more, depending on its complexity. For the tufting, I exclusively use 100% New Zealand sheep's wool, noted for its softness, strength, and vibrant colors. Unlike synthetic yarns, wool retains its beauty for years, making it an excellent choice for custom projects.

Step 4: Finishing and delivery

Once tufting is complete, I finish the back by hand and mount the piece on a frame. While oak is my standard choice, other wood finishes are available as well. The result is a stunning, ready-to-hang piece that enhances any wall.
